Hi,
my Arlo floodlight has suddenly went offline and would not connect to the network at all. I have tried to remove and add it again but that has not worked either. I was able to add it back once but then it started to look for firmware update and that failed and the light went offline again. One thing that I noted is while adding after a while the blue light turned amber blinked a few times and went off. I have checked there is no issue with the network and the password. Can someone help? Thanks.

While it could be a faulty camera, try the reset procedure:

If still no good, use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support to see what they may offer.
