Floodlight and solar panel at 3000 lumens?

When you use the outdoor charging cable you can increase the lumens from 2000 to 3000. What about charging with the solar panel, will that let it get to 3000 lumens? Or just 2000?

The solar panel just trickle-charges the battery during the day.  The lumens won't increase.
