The floodlights on my Pro 3 Floodlights device to not come on when motion is detected. They come on manually. What is wrong, and how can I get this device to work properly. (As an aside, I hate this website. Every Customer Support article tries to upsell something. None of them solve the problem.) Very frustrated with Arlo, the company.

They only come on automatically when the floodlight is recording.
Are you getting recordings - either local ones on a base, or in the cloud (with a subscription)?

I have not tried to record anything. Right now, I am trying to figure out why the lights do not come on automatically when motion is detected.

I have just reread your answer. Are you saying that they are not supposed to come on, that that only come on when the canera is recording?
