Flood camera light does not illuminate

I just bought a flood camera.  It detects motion, and records the video, but the light does not turn on when it detects motion.  Isn’t that the point of the flood light?  I assumed that it would turn on automatically when it detected motion.  It’s strange, all the other cameras I have turn on when they are armed on the same base station, their little lights come on, but the flood light does not, when it detects the same motion.  So confused, I’m sure Im doing something wrong.  Thanks for any advice

Have you checked the settings ?
