So, i guess and hope this is a simple question for you guys.

I'm thinking to put the Arlo 3 Floodlight in a dark area behind the house where we've had som theft of things lately.

Also considering it overloking the courtyard in front of the house but it might be "too much" on the front side.

So question is; will the Arlo 3 floodlight first detect if it's a person, animal or car BEFORE the full floodlights come on? Or does it go full on lights and THEN do the detection?

It turns on the light when it triggers on motion and starts recording.  Classification as person/animal/car happens later on in the Arlo Cloud.

Ok thank you.
Then it's still suitable on the back side of the house but not so much on the front. Good to know the order of actions 🙂
