Can’t connect floodlight to wifi

I have 2 floodlights. One in garden and one at the front of house. My garden floodlight connects successfully where as the front floodlight can’t be found. Any advice please?

Floodlight flashes blue, recognises barcode and chimes, flashes blue for a further 10 seconds approximately and eventually can’t be found.
