Can’t Sync and can’t reset

Hi

I got the new floodlight.I tried to sync but can’t, and also can’t factory reset.

Now, the device is flashing the blue light flashing on around 10 seconds intervals.

I also heard small sound light turning on/off the camera when every blue light on. 

Any advise please?

I suspect it's a faulty camera. The fastest solution is to swap at the store.
