Hi I have 1 arlo pro3 floodlight camera that was disconnecting regularly (other cameras werent) I removed this and re synced camera it worked them all of a sudden it is totally removing itself (gone from camera list in app etc etc) I have added twice after couple days just disappears?

My floodlight did that twice over the summer, but hasn't done it recently.  I did a reset - not sure if that resolved the problem, or if something else did (perhaps a firmware update).

Can you force a firmware update to camera as have always updated when prompted?

Maybe try restarting the phone?  If that fails, you could try uninistalling and reinstalling the app.

 

If you have a subscription, you could also contact paid support.
