Hello, I took the batteries out of my cameras to recharge them. I've reseeded the charged battery, back into the battery compartment, but when sliding the casing back onto the mount it doesn't appear to be snapping back I to place. I can with little effort pull it right out of the casing without having to press the release button. This is happening on both my Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight cameras. Should the camera "snap" back into place within the casing? Any suggestions are greatly welcomed. Thanks.

That happens with mine as well.  I have to push it quite hard to get it to click unto place.

I've found it's easier if I remove the case from the mount, push the housing and camera together, and the put the entire assembly back on the mount.

I guess I have large hands but I just place my thumbs on appropriate places of the front (NOT the lens or sensor areas) with my hands wrapped around the case and press. Yes, it takes some force.
