Arlo pro 3 floodlight stopped working

The camera has stopped working while it is being charged from the solar panel. It worked for more than a year.

Could you please provide more details about the issue you're experiencing with your Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight camera? Did it just stop recording? Is it not reacting to movement or sound at all (no recordings, no notifications, etc.)?

Also, does the issue only persist when the camera is connected via the solar panel?

Hello, it is not recording during charging although the charger is solar panel.

Hola @Fredli,

Can you check the battery level? You should see it in the camera settings. You can also disconnect the solar panel and connect it with a charging cable to check it.
