Arlo Pro3 Floodlight Set-Up Timing Out

Trying to Set-Up above Pro3 Floodlight according to Arlo instructions with no success
Floodlight does not blink blue after 100% charged Battery’s is inserted.
After holding Sync button per (Arlo instructions) until led blinks amber it’s followed by a click noise then one blue blink ,
After QR Code Scan chime led blinks blue only 12 then times out. resulting in a failed Set-Up via No Devices Were Found error message.
Note: 30 attempts 30 failures

Rather sounds like a faulty camera. I'd swap at the store.
