Arlo Pro3 Floodlight Camera - Floodlight flicckering

Not even 3 months old and the floodlight has failed the light only operates to say 70% max light and flickers (not pulse) just flickers very fast. I have changed the AC adapter and the Arlo extension lead but no change therefore it is the head unit, taken the battery out and checked it is fine, and maintaining a good charge. 

Prior to this there has been a period when the light would turn on and off repeatedly for no apparent reason. 

Tried to contact Arlo but no support at all. Once they have sold you the items it’s practically impossible to complain or return faulty equipment. I have sent polite emails without a response. Looking for advice of how i can get this sorted through Arlo or otherwise!

Sounds like you do need a replacement camera.

You need to use the support center in the app.  If you don't have a subscription, then post back - the mods can create a support request on your behalf.
