Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight No Longer Connects and I've been waiting TWO HOURS for a callback!!!

My floodlight lost connection a few weeks ago, and no matter what I do (manual or automatic pairing) I cannot get the light to connect. It is receiving power but will not connect. I requested a call at 1:30 PST (app said 3 minute wait) and it is now 3:30 with no callback.

 

I live just over the hill from the burn area in Malibu with the recent fires, without this unit, my ability to know if my house or dogs are in danger is extremely limited until I fix this situation!!!
