Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight not showing in filter device list after app update

Camera not showing up under filter > device after app update. Reset base station, removed/added new device, reinstalled app, and same issue across multiple phones. Camera detects motion but doesn’t show up in library, filter, etc. Any ideas?

Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight requires an Arlo Smart subscription for content to be saved to the library. Do you have an active Arlo Smart subscription?

Hi,
I installed my floodlight without subscription. Can I activate that in any way, or do I have to reset my base station and reinatall everything?

Resetting and reinstallation won't help. Since you don't have a subscription your only other choice is to use local recording on your base. WHat base do you have? Not all can be used with the app to see the recordings, only the VMB4540 and above can do that. The 4000 and 4500 can record locally but you must safely eject the drive for viewing on a computer.
