Resetting and reinstallation won't help. Since you don't have a subscription your only other choice is to use local recording on your base. WHat base do you have? Not all can be used with the app to see the recordings, only the VMB4540 and above can do that. The 4000 and 4500 can record locally but you must safely eject the drive for viewing on a computer.
