I have a Pro2 Base station that is host to 2 pro2 cameras and a Pro3 Floodlight Camera.
I found the battery got low very quickly and bought a arlo solar Panel today because the pro3 floodlight Camera says its compatible with the arlo solar panel.
I have just unboxed the solar panel and it does not seem to be compatible. Can anyone answer of they are compatible?

You just ordered the wrong one. Older panels had a microUSB connector as used on the Pro and Pro 2 cameras while the newer panel uses the magnetic connector found on most of the cameras since then, starting with the Ultra. You want the VMA5600, not the VMA4600.
