I have two arlo pro 3 floodlights. I have the duration of the light set a 5 minutes but it goes off very quickly and doesn’t stay on even for a minute. both of them are the same.

The floodlight duration field only applies to manual activation, not triggered events. The floodlight will remain on for the duration of the video clip for a triggered event. To adjust the duration of your recordings, take a look here: How do I adjust Arlo video recording length?
