My Arlo 3 Floodlight (no base) was working fine for 3 months. Then I had to signup and pay for recordings. Now that I have a problem, it seems a nightmare to get support. Online support system is a waste of time and money.
3 months later, intermittently movement is not picked up, so no recording. It it starts going off line randomly, sometimes at night when I need it most. Wifi is good. Battery is good.
I need to physically go outside and pull the battery to get in online.
I recon this product is expensive enough to get proper support.

Since you have a subscription in the app go to settings-support and there will be a phone number to call.

The symptoms you describe often indicate an interference of signal issue. What does the signal strength icon show for the camera?

I've done all the basic checks. Signal is 100%. Batt over 50%.
