Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Blurry (Focusing Issue?)

I just got the new Arlo Pro Floodlight and it has a decent image in the day.  However, at night when the floodlight comes on, only a small area of the image (right in the middle) is actually clear.  The rest of the image is very blurry.  It's like there is a focusing issue.  Is this expected behavior?

I have the video quality set to "best,"  HDR on auto, and flood light on maximum.

There is no focusing in any Arlo camera - they're fixed focus. Post a link to a video for us to see. Here's one of mine:

A link to the video as jguerdat suggests or a screenshot of what you are seeing may help us better understand whether or not what you're experiencing is expected.
