I would like to associate different times for light on and it’s sensitivity in different modes (eg in Standby) when motion is detected. Eg when I’m in Standby mode I would like to use the camera to lit up an area when motion is detected without recording and triggering eg siren. I can do that today, but it would stop quite shortly (when there is no motion) and also I can’t set the brightness, but I would like to be able to specify eg 1 or 5 minutes and dim the light. Would it be possible to add these features into automations/routines as options?

While it may be possible to add those features there's still the issue of the camera being battery-operated. While your usage may be light enounng, that may not be true for others so I expect that a requirement for the floodlight to be AC-powered may be added.
The WIRED floodlight generally supports these features since it's hard-wired to house power.
