My flood no longer saves clips to the library? 

Shows for a second then disappears from the libary

Rule to record on movement is grayed out?

Depening on how the floodlight is connected, reboot the camera, the hub/base and your phone. ALso, try the web client.

Do you have an active Arlo Smart trial or subscription plan? For the Floodlight to save content to the library, an Arlo Smart plan is required.
