I am experiencing an extremely poor weak Wi-Fi signal coming from a UniFi U6 mesh POE access point to an Arlo three pro floodlight camera. The access point and camera are 15 feet away in line of sight. I detect a strong Wi-Fi signal using a Wi-Fi mapping app in the area. I have tried all of the following:
1. Disabling 5 GHz band at the router.
2. locking the camera to the access point signal.
3. Boosting the Wi-Fi signal from the access point.
4. Sitting a manual channel.
5. Restarting and reinstalling everything.
Any ideas what else I can try?

I also tried connecting an otherwise well functioning, pro 4 camera, and had the same issue with weak Wi-Fi signal. Again the signal is strong by Wi-Fi mapping.

Could be 2.4GHz interference. Any other wireless devices in the area? Try a different location to see if that helps. WHat is the house construction? Some kill the connection.

Very minimal RF interference. I ended up sitting a fixed IP address on the camera and that completely resolved the issue. I now have a strong and fast connection to the wireless access point. I Ended up switching all my cameras to fixed IP addresses. Thank you for the advice though.
