Arlo 3 Flood light not connecting

I am trying to reconnect my Arlo flood light it states that the ac is not plugged. I tried to forget device and then reconnect it because few month after purchase it started happening. However, it still states the ac is disconnected and activating zones are disabled. I do not know what to do, it isn’t recording anything. Any suggestions?

These symptoms suggest that your subscription has lapsed.  So check that in the app or on my.arlo.com

Ahhh fixed it thank you. Another question, is there any way I can use more then 5 devices?

If you talking about the subscription:  Arlo recently started migrating to new subscription plans that have no camera limit.  These are called "Arlo Secure" (2K or less resolution) and Arlo Secure Plus (up to 4K resolution, plus E911).  They cost the same as the 5-camera Premiera and Elite plans.  You can switch to them (or purchase them) using "change plan" in the app or my.arlo.com.
