I have had my Pro 3 for awhile, it was working fine up until lately and now I keep getting offline alerts. I tried troubleshooting and re-connecting with no luck. Would appreciate any help you guys can offer.

Is it connected to a base, or is it connected to your home wifi?

It’s connected to my WiFi. I went thru every step the Arlo chat-bot told me to try. Weird because it works at my daughters house.

Try rebooting your router and phone as well as reinstalling the app.
