App no longer recording

I noticed as of a week ago my app stopped recording any detections. I have the floodlight camera. The camera is fully charged and routines are working. But if there is movevent the camera doesn't detect anything. I have a subscription and nothing has changed.  I tested it by walking in front of camera and the camera doesn't detect anything even in arm mode and routines are all set to record with movement. I haven't updated the app but noticed the latest version may have been installed automatically through app store. Coincidentally the date the app updated is the last date of any detections. Did the cause camera to stop recording and detecting?

Can you make a recording while livestreaming?

If you see "Dashboard" and "Feed" in the app menu:  Is the system in "Arm Away" mode?

Yes I can record while livestreaming. 

I see dashboard and was in arm away mode.

Ok.  Try removing the camera rule from Arm Away and then adding it back.  

If that doesn't work, then perhaps try a hardware reset. 

1. Remove the camera from the account.
2. Open fhe floodlight and press the sync button inside until the camera LED flashes amber (~15 sec).
3. Add the camera back to the account
