I purchased two Pro 3 floodlight cameras. I easily set up an activity zone on one (on battery power) but when I try to set it up on the other camera, it tells me that I have to connect it to an AC power source.

Activity zones on battery require a a subscription. So the first step is to confirm that the second camera is in a subscription plan (trial or paid).
