I have 2 floodlights that we installed outside our warehouse. Both were installed successfully. Now one of them all of sudden will not connect to the internet. We have tried all the troubleshooting options. Would really like to talk to someone live but can't find a number to call. Very Frustrated.

If you have a subscription (Settings, Subscription) you can get a phone number as well as other options. I'd start by swapping cameras around to see if it's the camera or location that's the issue.
