Have Arlo Pro 2 at Ga Cabin, I’m in Fl. First time user, cameras were working fine, then “ your base station went off line” then came back, can access manually but no notifications or libraries. Have checked status, everything seems to be ok... why am I not getting notifications ?? Thanks.

Can you do a manual recording (and see it in the library)?
Some users found their rules were disabled by the recent firmware upgrade. If that happened to you, you might need to recreate them. If your setup is simple, you could just remove the base station from the account, reset it, and then set it up again from scratch. https://kb.arlo.com/1057976/How-can-I-reset-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-to-the-default-values
