videos won't load

2.5.5.923_22854 windows 10 with Edge and IE11 videos never load. used to work. not sure what changed. however, downloading and playing them in Movies and playing in Android still works. i wonder if they do any testing? waited on chat for 22min. didn't see or hear them come on while I was working so they closed it down in 3min

Did you read the other threads about this? MS' latest updates somehow broke the library videos in IE and Edge. Use Chrome or Forefox.

It is up to Arlo to make sure that their product works with the latest version of browsers. MS releases preview versions and Arlo should be testing on them before general release.

Does not work with Firefox either. I have current version with windows 10. Have to download to view.  Sometimes clicking on pause and then start a few times works but not always.

I just replied in another thread that it works here on W10 x64 and FF, both latest updates.
