When I login online to my dashboard I can see "Library" to view USB storage and all devices live.
Users that need access have had their dashboard change, both with online browsers and on their phone app making them unable to view. Additionally, all new users added have the same problem of not seeing the dashboard that it was just couple weeks ago.

 

1. Why would their settings change without them doing it.

2. How can they get the old view back which worked perfectly?

3. I read how to make my view change but If I do, it will be glitchy and I won't be able to see the library which I use more.  Suggestions anyone?

Found the fix without having to change to Feed.

1. Remove the friend in setting/ users.

2. Have the user delete their arlo account and data. **It says it will delete camera data and put them to factory defaults but only if they're online so unplug your base station or home router for a minute while they do it.

3. Make a new arlo account.  All better.
