Two issues but this is the main. Like so many other companies that require 2 step verification and say that you will only be asked once...it doesn't work! I get asked every single time I login to Arlo. This is stupid, especially if it relies on cookies. Any intelligent person would delete cookies upon closing their last browser window. My browser is set up to do this automatically. This is extremely old and unreliable technology. A static IP is also unreliable as most IP address change if the modem is turned off for any length of time, or more likely, if 2 or more connected devices are turned off/disconnected.

The second is your web pages for those who find you suggestions unhelpful. The comment submission screen is not "free" of the original page and therefore a comment cannot be submitted. This has happened with IE, Edge, and with Firefox.
