Hi,
I have read simlair threads on here but havent seemed to resolve my issue.
I have two Arlo Pro2 cameras and want to have monitoring/notifications setup differently. eg One camera is postioned to keep an eye on our puppy in the garage and the other is positioned at the front door.
Front door is monitoring 24x7 and sends me push notifications -Im good with that. However with the other camera in the garage I want setup so NO push notifications or email is sent as he sets off the Motion and Audio continuously.
One previous thread talks about selecting audio notifications and setting the sensitivity to 1. It is better but still get some notifications. I basically want to be able to turn off Push and email notifications on ONE camera. Currently this doesnt seem to be a option as it wont allow me to save (greyed out) if both 'Push and Email' options are deselected. Fustrating. Is there a simple work around?
Netgear/Arlo developers - please provide a firmware to deselect both notifications!

No work around needed.
I have this set on all of my cameras (no notifications at all).
Under modes, the default is a greyed out save button until you make any change.
That's using the web gui. Using the Android app the save button is always active.

If it's doing it in both the web gui and app. I would try and do a power cycle (off the on) of the base and see if that sorts it out.
Confirm that there are no special rules or modes it's just one of the cameras under the armed tab in modes?

Still no luck, tried re cycling the base station and checked all the rules. I also downloded the latest Arlo app fom the AppStore but still no chance. Help
The only option i can think of is getting another Arlo Q for the garage as its separate from the front door mode.

nz19,
For a rule to be saved, the rule must be telling the camera to do at least one action. Are you keeping recording enabled for the garage camera? If so, you should have a flow like this:
If you select "Do Nothing" and have no notifications selected, this rule cannot be saved as it is the same as having no rule at all for the camera (no action is completed on motion detection).

As shown in JamesC's posted image, in your Mode settings are the last two check boxes "Push notification" and "Send email alert" unchecked for your puppy camera? Then you'll get video recordings but no annoying notifications. I have a similar mode for windy days, in that mode the notifications on all the cameras are disabled so I still get video recordings triggered by somebody moving or by wind movement or wind noise, but not a constant barrage of dings and vibrations. Also make sure record on motion is active (and record on audio if you want in case the puppy is whining but not moving).
By reducing sensitivity, you are reducing notifications by reducing what triggers recording. I would boost sensitivity back up so you get recordings of the puppy moving (and whining). Otherwise you might miss something if the puppy is in distress.
