Alarm alarm going off

I have an Arlo Pro and Arlo Pro 2  system I have both bases in my office, as i was arriving to my office I heard the alarm from the outside. I had no idea how the alarms went off so I rapidly went and pushed the top bottom from each of the boxes. Oncce the sould was gone about 5 seconds the alram went off by itself again so i did the same one more time, and was prepared in case the sound went off again, this time it didnt soI satred to check the recordings, nothing suspicous i noticed, then for a second time the alarm went off after 7-10 minutes this time I decided to turn both boxes off. I waited for a while and then I turned one one and the same thing once it was one about 1 minute on the alarm went off.

Please help me or advice me what can I do in order to have them working fine again I have them since november never had I have a problem like this. Maybe there is something I need to do that I may not know of.

since you had recordings, the cameras were triggered to set off the alarm...

I would check the MODE you had armed the cameras with to verify all is ok....
