timeline feature not working

CVR is not supported on this device.

The timeline feature first quit working on the tablet, then the phone and now the PC. Still getting charged every month.

Actually CVR is available for the Pro 2 (VMC4030P) per

Is the camera powered and synced to a compatible base station/SmartHub as listed in the article linked above?

I am having the same issue. I have an active subscription and have been using the timeline feature. But was suddenly told that “CVR is not supported on this device”. The webcam is working and I can see the video stream. Please help - it is extremely important that the recording function is reliable - parents who are not at home rely on this function heavily.

Does the camera have AC power and it's plugged in? Check the battery icon to verify that it has a lightning bolt through it.
