I am supposed to have the free 7 day cloud storage as a legacy customer. It doesn't work. Arlo support has been non existent; all I get is a canned chat bot. Any idea how to actually talk to someone to get my account fixed

What symptoms are you seeing? Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?
