Hello,
since one or two months my son is not able anymore to control the cameras to put them on or off, he 's just able to see the video .. as if he does not have the admin rights granted. But for the last 5 years it was working fine..
And clearly all is ok on my side regarding his account, I created a new account for him to check if it would work but same issue.
So only me and my wife are able to control the cameras .. strange since everything was working fine also for my son before. he reinstalled the arlo ap from scratch but didn't help..
If someone has already faced this kind of issue ?

Lots of folks have reported this here. Arlo is working on it, and some folks (not all) are reporting that it now works for them.
One workaround is to have your son use your account credentials on his phone.
