My cameras stopped recording one day, so I took the batteries out for 10 seconds then put them back in. (because this is how I have dealt with these issues in the past. and the camera always re-synced and no problems). When the camera came back on it re-synced, but now it is saying the device is inactive. a paid subscription is required to activate device. I only have 5 cameras connected to the one base station.

Hi Abc234,

 

Is that message showing on both on the Arlo app and the web client on your computer? Have you tried removing the battery and re-inserting the battery again? Have you also tried power cycling your Base Station?
