It keeps giving this message a lot The device failed to connect. Please try again.it odesnt stayb connected longer it keeps cutting . although we have a very high speed internet.thank you.

It's not always the Internet connection - it can be the signal strength/quality of the connection between the base and cameras. Does this happen to all cameras or just some? Have you tried moving a camera closer to the base to see what happens? If this is for all cameras, it may be worthwhile trying to move the base away from the router or even to another room where all cameras get a better signal. If you have to move it, a WiFi or powerline extender is useful to allow the base to connect to your network easily.
