Constantly running web app & times out

We are using Arlo Pro 2 station and cameras to watch downstairs in our store, what is going on in upstairs. The problem is that the Arlo web application goes offline quite often. We would like it to keep constantly on. We are using desktop computer and Arlo website to logon and then we just press the play buttons to run the live.

The app and web client time out as does live view. The login timeout is for security (you may walk away and someone does something without your knowing) and the live view timeout is due to the cameras being battery-operated. To prevent this from happening, you have to do something in the interface to restart the timeout but I don't think there's anything that can prevent the live view timeout other than stopping and starting it again.
