"Friends" not recieving motion notifications
I've added my family as friends to the Arlo app. At one point they were receiving notifications from Arlo for motion but now they aren't and I can't find out how to enable them. Notifications are enabled for the App because they do recieve the Geofence notifcation.
Push or email notifications? If push, have each person check the phone settings for the app and ensure that notifications haven't been disabled. If that isn't the issue, try reinstalling the app.
