After the December 2025 update, our invited guests can no longer view anything. Tried getting support from arlo, but that was not an option due to the age of equipment. There is nothing wrong with my equipment so I am not replacing it. I would just like the features to work correctly. All parties are using the same version of the app. Online is also not working for invited guest. Assistance would be appreciated.

If you were just migrated to the "Feed" interface, then the "Friend" accounts also need to be migrated to "Feed".
There are some downsides, and if they use custom modes they should make sure they can manage without them (until Arlo adds that feature to "Feed").
The process is for them to go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera. That of course will fail, since they don't own the camera. But the process will migrate their account to "Feed" before they get stuck.
After that, they will see two "home" locations in their account. One is theirs, the other is yours. They can rename them in order to prevent confusion.

Can they add widgets to the dashboard for the cameras?

No, they have no dashboard, just a white screen.
Using Windows 11 laptop. I have done all of the suggested fixes to no avail. Clear cache, restart base, delete guest & reinvite.....

Are you seeing the correct behavior when you log into my.arlo.com on a PC with your credentials?

Great.
- Does the app show the cameras if you log in with their credentials on your phone?
- Does your app show the invite was accepted?
- Does your account show "Feed" and "Dashboard"? Or does it show "Library" instead?

Do you have a phone or tablet you could use to test with the app?
What browsers have you tried?
