I can view my device recordings from my iphone using the app but not from my mac book pro. I login to Arlo through browser but it says I don't have recordings and it doesn't show my cameras. Anyone know what's up with that?

I am not able to replicate this issue using safari on a MacBook Pro running Mac OS BigSur 11.6. Have you tried another browser as well? you can also try clearing your cache.
