Unable to connect my Pro 2 to internet or Base Station. Pressed sync button but nothing.

I can not connect my Arlo Pro 2 camera to the internet or the base station. The battery is charged . I have pressed the sync button several times but nothing helps. I just get no response from the camera. Is there perhaps someone can please tell me what to do? Thanks

The Pro2 will only connect to a base unit ( not internet )...

The normal procedure to reset the camera is pull the battery and then replace.

Since you have been unable to connect the camera to them I recommend a full reset of the base.

 

Remove the base from app/prgm, use remove device.

Hold in the reset ( you may need a paperclip ) till the leds start to flash... let it reset and reboot about1-2 mins and then reclaim the base as if it is a new setup in app/prgm

Make sure that base is as far away from you router as the cable reaches.

A direct way to sync is push the sync button on base and then the camera ( while about 3 ft away )

A slow blinking blue led on camera to fast means it worked.

check on app/ prgm
