new iphone app problem

I have the Arlo app on my previous phone and it works.  Got a new iphone yesterday and when I try to use the app after logging in, it says Add Trusted Device.  I click on Trust and I get a red line at the top saying "There was a problem trusting this device.  Try a

And that is all I get.  Cannot even fully read the comment at the top.
