If motion Not detecte I remove the battery and fix
Then motion detecting ..
2 days only motion detecting after that same problem coming..

What is the WiFi strength noted on the camera? It sounds like the camera may be losing the connection to the base.

Have you tried the Motion Detection Test in Settings, My Devices, your camera? That may help isolate the issue to a bad camera. You can also try removing the camera from the same place mentioned above and resync it to see if that helps.

 

If all fails, you may be able to swap at the store. Otherwise, open a case with support here by using the Contact Support link at the bottom of these pages and then again on the new page. Pick the appropriate country for the phone number.
