Hello,
After updating the app, all of my cameras, including the base, are missing from the app. I still get notifications but I am unable to view nor make changes to anything. What am I supposed to do? I have already tried powering off and resetting the base and tried to "add devices" but nothing is working. please help

The dashboard page should be empty (until you add a widget). But you should see the cameras on the devices page.

I am on the portal page, but the only thing that is showing up under devices is "add devices". I still get notifications of movement on my phone, however.

I have done that and they are still missing. I logged in to the browser website as well and they are missing. I still get notifications but I cannot access them.

i am using the VMB4500 Base Station

The main user as well as the granted access user both need to be on the same user interface. Both should see feed on the bottom of the app. To get the update you can onboard a Pro 5 (even if you do not have one) and that will kick start the update. Once both users are on the same version then you will be able to see all the cameras.
