Hello.

I've set up a Verizon Jetpack MiFi 8800L for internet at my property.  Works great..  Have also set up Arlo Pro 2 cameras with the base connected to an extender...and extender connected to the jetpack..  I can see my cameras if using the wifi network around my house, but can't see my cameras from remote locations when I travel when I log in to my Arlo account.  How do I set up the jetpack to allow me in to view my cameras?  The jetpack has VPN passthrough, IPv6 transparent mode, and DMZ.  This is all new to me.  Should I turn these functions on in the Jetpack setup to allow me to see my camera when I log in to my Arlo account.  Hope someone is familiar with this.  I need some help.  Thank you!

If you cn see them on WiFi, there's no particulr reason you can't see them on cell service or other WiFi. Arlo just needs Internet access so if you can see them anyplace, it's working. Have you tried a different WiFi to see if that works (friend's house, coffee shop)?  Have you rebooted the phone? What phone, OS and cell provider?

Thank you jguerdat for reply.
I'm using a verizon jetpack mifi 8800L for internet access with 4 arlo pro 2 cameras and base connected to the jetpack. My wife sees on her device through the Arlo app the cameras on the local wifi network created by the jetpack, but i cant see the cameras from remote. I try to set up new device on arlo web account, but keeps trying to find the Arlo base on local network. Do i first need to log into the jetpack remotely before i can see and setup arlo cameras?  Thanks again for your assistance.

Since the system is already working, you can't then try to add it as a new system. You either need to log in with the primary user's credentials (your wife's?) or use Settings, Grant Access so both can see the cameras at once.
