Just got an eero Wi-Fi network but there isn't enough plugs for my arlo. Tried plugging it into my modem but that didn't work. Your help would be appreciated.

You can easily and cheaply add port to a full router by buying a cheap switch. Take one of the cables out that provides service to a device and plug the switch into that port. Now plu your device and the base into the switch. Easy-peasy.

You may have to contact your internet provider's technical support as they probably have something blocked. They should be able to see all of your settings oncluding the router's settings.
I went through that yesterday when I moved up to a faster service and had to swap my modem and router.

Thank you. My old router had more plugs so I was able to plug in everything. The eero only has two.
