We had a hurricane come through the area a few weeks ago and took out power for about 5 days. When power came back, my arlo base station gives me an error connecting. It says YOUR BASE STATION IS OFFLINE but all three lights on the front of the base station are green. I previously only had the left and middle led green, but after long pressing a button on one of the cameras, the other led came on. But on the web view it still shows the base station as offline. I'm guessing a reset will fix it, but I would like to avoid that if possible (since I would have to take down all the cameras to repair them.

Try both the app and the web client to see if there's a difference. Turn off any VPNs in use. For the app, try both cell service and WiFi.
