1. If you want to get the Arlo app on your TV, easy way...... you will need firestick,  download (Apps to fire) app from Google playstore on your PC, tablet or phone, I done it on my tablet haven't tried it on a phone, follow instructions on the app to send the arlo app to your firestick and it works 100% I have old firestick and old TV not a smart TV but hey it works, u will need the( mouse toggle) app on your firestick to work the arlo app on your TV.

Yes, also with the gen2 firestick it works with Alexa.

Just be careful with the names of cameras as I found similar names like cam1, cam2 don't work but distinct names like bedroom, den, etc do.
