cant get a good night vision image with my arlo pro 2

I cant get a good night vision image with my arlo pro 2. It shows up as a gray grainy picture. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Post a screenshot of both daytime and nighttime views. The camera will switch to B&W in low light levels and the IR illuminators can only light up to about 20 feet (this is a battery-operated camera after all).
